Earlier, Harish Rao and BJP MP Etala Rajendra also appeared before the Commission. In view of leakage in Medigadda, Annaram and Sundila barrages, the government formed a judicial inquiry commission in March last year along with former Supreme Court Judge PC Ghosh.
Since then, it has interrogated barrage construction engineers, quality control, operation and maintenance, central design organization, irrigation, finance department officials and representatives of construction companies, received affidavits from them and have fulfilled the cross -examinations.
