Jio reaches no-signal areas through BSNL, Mukesh Ambani users will be able to make calls from the government company’s network

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has partnered with government telecom company BSNL to improve connectivity. Jio customers will get a stronger network, and even in remote areas, where Jio users often do not get signal, will now be able to easily make calls and access the internet through the BSNL network.

According to a report by TelecomTalk, Jio revealed that the BSNL ICR service is available with select prepaid recharges. With these plans, Jio users can connect to the BSNL network at select locations and use voice, data and SMS services in the same geographical area.

These plans offer intra-circle roaming (ICR) facility for Jio users, allowing them to connect to the BSNL network even in remote or rural areas where Jio connectivity is poor or non-existent. At present, these plans have been launched for users of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

Reliance Jio has launched two plans for users: Rs 196 and Rs 396, both with a validity of 28 days.

Jio’s Rs 196 plan offers 2GB high-speed data, 1,000 minutes of voice calling and 1,000 SMS. Jio’s Rs 396 plan offers 10GB high-speed data, 1000 SMS and 1000 minutes of calling.

This partnership clearly shows that the company is making every possible effort to address the network issues faced by Jio users in remote areas. This partnership with BSNL reflects the company’s commitment to provide better and stronger network to its users even in areas where Jio’s network reach is limited.
