Indore, August 30 (HS). Development work worth about seven crore rupees will be done in the city's famous Ranjit Hanuman temple. A detailed action plan has been prepared for this. The temple will have many facilities for the devotees. The temple area will be completely developed. This information was given in a meeting held here on Friday under the chairmanship of Collector Ashish Singh.

SDM Vinod Rathore of Rau area, head priest of the temple Dipesh Vyas, prominent devotees associated with the temple and officials of other related departments were present in the meeting. During the meeting, the current status, arrangements and facilities of the temple were discussed. It was told that it has been observed that the number of devotees has increased a lot in the temple as compared to the past several years. There is also a need to develop a systematic system for providing darshan to the devotees. Big religious events also take place from time to time. Many festivals, celebrations etc. are also celebrated with great pomp and show, a large number of devotees also participate in them. In view of all this, it is necessary to develop the temple completely.

It was told that the district administration has prepared a detailed action plan to get the development work done with public cooperation. An expenditure of about Rs 7 crore is estimated on the development work. Collector Ashish Singh said that after detailed discussion on the action plan, it will be finalized after taking suggestions and work will be started soon.
