Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya seriously listened to the problems of hundreds of complainants from different districts in the Janata Darshan program organized at the Camp Office, 7-Kalidas Marg, Lucknow and gave strict instructions to the concerned officials for their quick, transparent and effective solution.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister clearly said that “every possible solution to every problem of every person will be ensured”. He directed the officers that every complaint received in the public hearing should be resolved on priority basis and the solution should be such that the victims do not have to make repeated visits to the offices.
During the public darshan, the Deputy Chief Minister himself reached among the complainants and established direct communication with them and listened to each and every problem with sensitivity and seriousness. In many cases, he immediately spoke to the concerned officials over telephone and gave necessary guidelines, so that action could be initiated on the spot.
In the end, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the government is fully committed to solving the problems of the common people and it will be ensured that every citizen gets timely justice and facilities. He warned the officials that if any kind of negligence or indifference is found in matters of public interest, strict action will be taken against the concerned.
