What is this ‘magical’ method?
In this method you do not need to download any third-party app. You can do this work directly from your phone’s web browser (like Google Chrome, Safari etc.).
Follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Open your web browser
Open any web browser in your mobile phone.
Step 2: Type a link in the address bar
Now, where you type the name (URL) of a website, you have to type a special link. The link is:
wa.me/91XXXXXXXXXXXX
Let’s understand this link:
- wa.me/: This is the official short link of WhatsApp.
- 91: This is the country code of India. If you want to send a message to a number in another country, you will have to enter the code of that country.
- XXXXXXXXXX: Here you have to enter the 10 digit mobile number of the person to whom you want to send the message.
For example: If you want to send a message to the number 9876543210, you will type in the browser:
wa.me/9876543210
Note: You do not need to prefix the number with + or 0. Just enter the 10 digit number immediately after the country code (91).
Step 3: Press Enter and start chatting
After typing the link, as soon as you press enter or click on Go, a WhatsApp webpage will open. A green button will appear on which “Continue to Chat” Or “Continue chatting” Must have written.
Bus! By clicking on that button, you will directly reach that person’s WhatsApp chat screen, and now you can send him/her a message, photo or any file without saving his/her number.
