How to book offline tickets:
In New Delhi, the Ministry of Defense has set up offline ticket booking counters at several places. The sale of tickets here will run till January 25, and the counters will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. You can book tickets with valid photo ID proof like Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID card, passport or driving license.
