News India Live, Digital Desk: Another golden chapter is going to be added to the grand Ram Temple, the center of faith of crores of Hindus. On November 25, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will formally hoist the religious flag on the 161-feet high main peak of the Ram temple. This ceremony will mark the completion of the construction of the temple and thousands of devotees from across the country will reach Ayodhya to witness this historic moment.
Manglik programs will start from 20th November
The five-day rituals associated with the flag hoisting ceremony will begin with a grand Kalash Yatra on November 20. 108 women will participate in this yatra wearing yellow clothes. After the Kalash Yatra, special puja and havan will be performed in the Yagyamandap, in which 108 Vedic scholars from Kashi, Ayodhya and South India will participate. All these programs will be conducted under the guidance of Kashi’s famous astrologer Pandit Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the flag
On the auspicious occasion of Vivah Panchami, on November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform this grand ritual by hoisting the flag on the main peak. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present in this program. All the seven peaks of the temple will be decorated with saffron flag for the first time, which will be a wonderful sight.
Special arrangements for devotees
6,000 to 8,000 guests have been invited for this grand ceremony, in which people from eastern Uttar Pradesh have been given priority. 1600 rooms have been arranged to accommodate the visitors. The program will also be telecast live, for which big LED screens will be installed at various places in Ayodhya.
For the convenience of general devotees, the temple will remain closed for darshan from the evening of November 24 and will be reopened at 7 am on November 26. The Trust has requested local temples to organize Ram Baraat from 4 pm after the flag hoisting ceremony, so that order is maintained.
