State Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has instructed the SRP to maintain high level of vigilance and strict monitoring in the entire state, especially in the districts bordering the international border. Along with police and home guards, officers and employees of civil administration have also been asked to be vigilant. Security arrangements in the state were reviewed through a video conference with the Superintendents of Police.
Not only this, orders have been issued to government employees and citizens living in districts bordering Pakistan border. Along with this, they have also been told that they should not ignore even the slightest suspicious incident and immediately inform the security forces deployed on the border. In particular, to maintain law and order in the entire state, strictly follow the instructions given by the Home Department.
Bhajan Lal did video conferencing with Additional Director General of Police (ADG) range in -charge and DSP. The survey has also been asked to be in constant contact with each other. Security forces have also been instructed to continuously monitor hotels, guesthouses, public places and congested areas. He has also been asked to keep a close watch on any suspect.
