Due to superstition and Tantra Mantra, a 13 year old innocent girl was brutally sacrificed as a human being. This heart-wrenching incident that took place in Kuti village under Padma OP area of the district has created a sensation in the entire area. The police took immediate action in this case and arrested three people including the main accused Tantrik.
Bloody game of superstition: The crime was committed at midnight According to the information received, the incident occurred late night on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. A family from the village was in contact with a Tantrik for some time. The Tantrik lured the family into a human sacrifice by luring them with happiness, prosperity and so-called ‘deep wealth’. The accused Tantrik and his associates lured a 13-year-old innocent girl from the village and called her to a deserted place and then killed her by slitting her throat during the practice of Tantra-Mantra.
Blood soaked body found in the morning, chaos in the village On Thursday morning, when the villagers saw the blood-soaked body of an innocent child in the bushes outside the village, the ground slipped beneath their feet. The injury marks on the girl’s body and the occult materials lying around (sindoor, flowers and incense sticks) made it clear that this was a case of human sacrifice. As soon as information about the incident was received, angry villagers protested by blocking the road and demanded death sentence to the culprits.
Police alertness: 3 arrested within 24 hours Hazaribagh Superintendent of Police (SP) immediately formed a special team in view of the seriousness of the matter. Police collected evidence with the help of dog squad and forensic team. On the basis of suspicion, the police detained some suspects from the village and interrogated them rigorously, after which the whole matter was exposed. The police have arrested the main accused Tantrik and two other people who planned the sacrifice and sent them to jail.
