Follow these easy steps:

1. download app: First of all, go to Google Play Store of your mobile and search “Ayushman App” and download it.
2. log in: After opening the app, select your preferred language and log in with your mobile number as ‘Beneficiary’. An OTP will come on your mobile, enter it and proceed.
3. Fill in your information: Now select your state, district name and scheme “PMJAY”. Then select the option of ‘Aadhaar Number’ in “Search By” and enter your Aadhaar number.
4. Select e-KYC option: Your name and list of family members will appear. ‘Do eKYC’ or ‘Identify’ button will appear next to the name of the member whose KYC is to be done, click on it.
5. Perform Aadhaar Verification: Select the option of ‘Aadhaar OTP’ for e-KYC and verify your Aadhaar number. After this an OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhar card.
6. Enter OTP and take photo: Enter that OTP correctly. After this the app will take a live photo of you. As soon as the photo is taken, your e-KYC process will be completed and “eKYC verified” will be written on the screen.
7. Download Card: After completion of KYC, you can also download your digital Ayushman card from here.
