‘Greater Ghaziabad’ to settle on the lines of Greater Noida, from International Stadium to Dudheshwar Nath Corridor, Yogi government’s mega plan

Ghaziabad: The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has prepared an ambitious plan to give a new pace to the development of Ghaziabad adjacent to Delhi. On the lines of Greater Noida, a blueprint is now being prepared to develop ‘Greater Ghaziabad’, including international level facilities to rejuvenation of religious and tourist destinations. The purpose of this mega project is to establish Ghaziabad as a modern and well -organized city.

The biggest attraction under this scheme is the creation of an international cricket stadium. With its formation, this area will make its place on the international sports map. In addition, a grand corridor will be constructed around the ancient Sri Dudheshwar Nath Temple, the center of the city’s faith, which will develop it as a major religious tourist destination.

Not only this, the Hindon river called the life line of the city is also ready to give a new life. Riverfront will be developed and beautified on both sides of the river. Under this project, jogging tracks, parks and greenery will be developed, which will be a great entertainment and place of recreation for the citizens.

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is working to put the entire plan on the ground. After the completion of these schemes, not only the infrastructure of Ghaziabad will be strengthened, but will also promote tourism and economic activities, which will create a new identity of the city.
