Whereas after a reduction of Rs 44.50 in Kolkata, the new price of commercial gas cylinders has reached Rs 1860.
While the price of commercial gas cylinders in the country’s financial capital Mumbai has been cut by Rs 42, after which it has now been Rs 1713 to 50 paise. So, after talking about Chennai, after a reduction of Rs 43.50, the new price of the cylinder has increased to Rs 1921.50. Here, if you talk about the prices of domestic gas cylinders, then currently these are available in Delhi for Rs 803, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai, Rs 829 in Kolkata and Rs 818.50 in Chennai. On 9 March 2024, the price of domestic gas cylinders was reduced by about Rs 100.
It is noteworthy that the prices of domestic and commercial gas cylinders are reviewed by government oil companies at the beginning of every month and then their prices are fixed. In such a situation, at the beginning of the new financial year, oil companies have once again given people a blow of commercial cylinders.
