Former Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi (Former DC Ranchi) Chhavi Ranjan, arrested in this case by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), has now been granted bail from the Jharkhand High Court. This news is going to create a lot of stir in the political and administrative circles of Jharkhand.
Chhavi Ranjan was arrested in this case about seven months ago. He was accused of being involved in buying and selling of plots on the basis of fake documents.
