Today, once again there was an encounter between CRPF and Naxalites in the dense forests of Burgum. Two Naxalites have been killed by security forces in a fierce encounter. Their weapons have also been confiscated.
According to the information revealed, two Naxalites have been killed by the soldiers in an ongoing encounter between security forces and Naxalites in Bastar. One of the dead is being described as a commander. This operation still continues in Burgum forest. The soldiers have also recovered arms and ammunition from the bodies of Naxalites in the forest.
2 Naxalites killed in Chhattisgarh
Security forces were informed that Naxalites were hiding in the forest around the Indravati river. Accordingly, a search operation was carried out. The encounter between security forces and Naxalites started at around 9 am today. After this, 2 Naxalites were killed in this search operation.
According to CRPF, this search operation started on Saturday morning. No soldier was injured during the encounter. Thus 2 Naxalites have been killed. It is being told that the struggle is still going on.

16 Naxalites killed in Sukma
Sixteen Naxalites have been killed in an encounter with security forces since this morning as part of an anti -Naxal operation in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. Police officials said the encounter is taking place in Keralapal police station area of Sukma district. So far this year, more than 116 Maoists have been killed. Sukma and Dantewada border areas of Chhattisgarh are constantly firing between Naxalites and security forces. According to the information received, Maoists have suffered heavy losses in this encounter and 16 Naxalites have been killed. Encounter and search operations continue in the area by security forces.
