Tej Pratap Yadav wrote in his Facebook post, “I have been expelled from the Rashtriya Janata Dal Party today. I have always worked to follow the footprints of my father Lalu Prasad Yadav. I honor all the party workers. My expulsion has the role of Jagadanand Singh (RJD State President), Sunil Kumar Singh, Sanjay Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav.”
As soon as this post went viral, there was a stir in the politics of Bihar. RJD state president Jagdanand Singh immediately denied it. He said, “This is completely nonsense. No such action has been taken. There is no question of expelling them from the party.” Other party leaders also called it a rumor spread by Tej Pratap Yadav.
According to sources, Tej Pratap Yadav has been angry with his neglect in the party for a long time. He has several times publicly targeted the party leaders, especially Jagadanand Singh and younger brother Tejashwi Yadav.
