News India Live, Digital Desk: Weather forecast: There is news of relief for people troubled by the humid heat in Uttar Pradesh. The monsoon has once again become active, due to which the weather has turned in many parts of the state. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert today, expressing the possibility of heavy rains in 11 districts from Eastern UP to Western UP on Thursday.

There will be heavy rain in these districts

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, today, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Deoria, Ballia, Mau, Ghazipur, Azamgarh and Ambedkar Nagar districts may receive heavy rains with thunderstorms. People living in these districts have been advised to be vigilant. Apart from this, light to moderate rainfall is also expected in some parts of western UP.

Relief from heat and humidity

For the last few days, people were suffering from sticky heat and humidity in most parts of the state. But now the return of rain is likely to drop the temperature, which will give people a big relief. On Wednesday too, light drizzle was seen in some areas of Lucknow, Kanpur and Purvanchal, which made the weather a little pleasant.

Meteorologists believe that rain activities in the state have increased again due to the monsoon trough line coming into their normal position and moving moist winds from the Bay of Bengal. It is estimated that this period of intermittent rain may continue in different parts of the state for the next two-three days. Therefore, if you are coming out of the house, then know the condition of the weather and leave with the umbrella.
