BSE Midcap Smallcap Index reached 52 week low

Mid-cap and small-cap stocks saw a greater decline than large-cap stocks. The BSE Midcap index opened with a decline of 3,210 points and closed at 39,107 at the end of the trading at 39,107 at the end of the trading.

The index today reached the lowest level of 37,203 of 52 weeks and closed 1,904 points above its lowest level. The BSE Small Cap index also opened with a decline of 4,674 points today and closed 1,892 points or 4.13 percent to close at 43,974. The index today reached the lowest level of 52 weeks at 41,013 and closed 2,961 points above its lowest level.

BSE SME IPO index is also a difference of 3,870 points

The SME IPO shares saw the biggest decline today and the BSE SME IPO index closed down 3,870 points or 4.50 per cent after the BSE SME IPO index opened with a decline of 4,178 points. The index also closed 1,272 points above the lower level.
