Amritsar: On Wednesday morning, 10 people were injured in a bloody clash between two communities in the old vegetable market outside the hall gate, due to which the Rambagh police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the civil hospital.
Akash, a resident of Verka, told that at 7 am on Wednesday he had reached the vegetable market with a truck full of sports equipment, there some people asked him to bring the truck back after some time, there were many other vehicles waiting to take it. The truck moved back, due to which some people in the market attacked them with knives and bats.
When his friends present there tried to save him, 15-20 people present there started throwing glass bottles at him and on the other hand, Ravi said that Akash along with his friends attacked him with sticks and bottles.
