News India Live, Digital Desk: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is preparing to make its 46th Foundation Day historic this time. For this main event to be held on 6 April 2026, the party has prepared a three-day special program across the country including Uttar Pradesh. Under this campaign, all the senior BJP leaders, MPs, MLAs and booth level workers will go directly among the public. Its main objective is to take the public welfare schemes of the government to the people and to further strengthen the organization.
Public relations campaign will run for three days
As per the instructions of the party high command, the celebration of Foundation Day will not be limited to just one day. Starting from April 6, this program will continue till April 8.
Day 1 (April 6): The party flag will be hoisted at each booth and workers will listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address live.
Day 2 (April 7): It will be celebrated as ‘Beneficiary Contact Day’, where workers will meet the beneficiaries of government schemes.
Day 3 (8 April): Seminars will be organized at Shakti Kendras and Mandal level, in which the party’s ideology and achievements so far will be discussed.
Big responsibility assigned to MPs and MLAs
The party has made it clear that participation of not only workers but also public representatives will be mandatory in this festival. All MPs and MLAs of UP have been instructed to spend at least 10 hours among the public in their respective areas. He has been specifically asked to go to those areas where the party was weak in the last elections. During this time, leaders will listen to the problems of the people and try to find quick solutions to them.
Theme of Foundation Day: ‘Service, Good Governance and Poor Welfare’
The main theme of BJP’s 46th Foundation Day has been kept as ‘Service, Good Governance and Poor Welfare’. According to party sources, this time’s event is also very important in view of the upcoming local body elections and organizational reshuffle. The workers will go from door to door to explain how BJP has fulfilled the resolve of ‘Antyodaya’. Also, the aim has been to connect the youth with the ‘pro-nation’ ideology of the party by using digital mediums.
Conference of ‘Panna Pramukhs’ will be held at booth level
To activate the organization at the grassroots level, conferences of ‘Panna Pramukhs’ will also be organized during this three-day programme. Each Panna Pramukh has been given the responsibility to hold a meeting with the families associated with his Panna and include them in the foundation day celebrations of the party. UP BJP State President has instructed all the district presidents that lotus flag and ‘Nation First’ sticker should reach every house on the Foundation Day.
