According to sources, in this new list released by BJP, Backward Class (OBC) and Scheduled Caste (SC) workers have been given maximum preference. Western UP: Here Jat and Gurjar equations have been simplified.
Braj and Awadh: Here Maurya, Saini and Lodh communities have been given priority.
Purvanchal: Emphasis has been laid on Dalit and upper caste alliance.
