2. Recognize by smell: When synthetic milk is smelled, it smells strange like soap or chemical. Whereas real milk does not have any such artificial smell.
3. Try heating: This is one of the easiest methods. Put milk in a vessel and boil it. If the color of milk turns light yellow when boiled, it is a sign of it being synthetic. Real milk remains white in color even after boiling.
4. Identify by taste: If you take a sip of milk and it tastes bitter or strange, then it may be adulterated.
