Aniket's body recovered after 50 hours, family members will get compensation and accommodation

Ramgarh, 24 February (HS). After the death of youth Aniket in the custody of Ramgarh police station, high voltage drama went on for 50 hours. On Saturday afternoon, officials and family members agreed on the compensation, only then Aniket's last rites took place. Zonal Officer Satyendra Kumar Paswan, who reached Aniket's house, consoled his father Mahendra Ram and mother Reena Devi.

He said that for the death of a Scheduled Caste Tribe, a payment of Rs 15 lakh will be given to the dependents of the deceased as per government rules and provisions. The dependent of the deceased will be given the benefit of a government accommodation as per government provisions. Besides, 5 decimal land will also be provided. The dependents of the deceased will be given the benefit of job as per their qualification. The eligible dependent member of the deceased will also be given the benefit of pension and along with this, a ration card will also be made for this family. In the presence of former councilor of ward number 5 Sanjeet Kumar Singh alias Chhotu Singh, the zonal officer gave Rs 30 thousand to the family of the deceased for the last rites.

Former councilor Chhotu Singh said that this matter was very sensitive. The way a child from a very poor family has died, the amount of assistance given to his family is less, but the initiative taken by the district administration to help is commendable.

MP Jayant Sinha met the victim's family

MP Jayant Sinha reached the house of the deceased on Saturday and talked to his family members. After listening to the whole story, he said that he could not stomach the story of hanging himself by tearing the blanket. The medical board has conducted the post-mortem of Aniket's body. It has been concluded that he died due to hanging but this matter should be investigated impartially and another team of doctors should also investigate it. If this murder case is exposed then this family should get justice. During this, he also commented on the Jharkhand government and said that the public does not trust this government which is immersed in the quagmire of corruption and crime.
