After Microsoft and Google, now veteran e-commerce company Amazon has also suspended one of its Palestinian engineers. The engineer is accused of criticizing Amazon’s relationship with the Israeli government in violation of the policies of the company.

Ahmed Shaharur, who works in Seattle, is a software engineer in Amazon’s Hole Foods Unit, on Monday, the company suspended the company. Cityur posted several messages on the company’s internal communication channel ‘Slack’ and also sent a letter to big officials including the company’s CEO Andy.

What action did the company take?
A few hours after these posts in the city, Amazon blocked all his official accounts (email, slack etc.) and was “suspended” by “next notice”. The company’s HR department said in a message sent to him that his posts can violate many policies of the company, which are being investigated. However, Shaharur claims that the company has not clearly told which policy they have broken.
