This new locker room will be operated under a completely modern and transparent system. Every devotee entering the Q Complex will be given a unique token or digital receipt upon depositing his/her luggage. While returning after performing Jalabhishek of Baba, the devotees will be able to get back their belongings in a very safe manner by showing the same token. There will be strict surveillance of CCTV cameras round the clock to monitor the entire locker room complex and a large number of security personnel will be deployed, so that there is no scope for any kind of disturbance or chaos.

Apart from the locker room facilities at Q Complex, the Deoghar administration is working day and night to make the Shravani Mela completely accessible and devotee-friendly this time. From Kanwaria Path to the main temple complex, the arrangements for drinking water, electricity, health camps and rest houses are being upgraded. Large cooling systems and fans are also being installed in the Q Complex to protect the devotees standing in queue from heat and humidity.
