Rishikesh, August 6 (HS). The Sanskar Kendra was inaugurated at Pushpa Badera Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College located at Dhalwala. On Tuesday, the chief guest Vidya Bharati Seva Pramukh Purushottam Bijalwan and the school's Principal Vijay Badoni inaugurated the Sanskar Kendra by lighting a lamp and offering flowers in front of Mother Saraswati's picture. On this occasion, Purushottam Bijalwan gave a message to the students and said that the Sanskar Kendra is a single teacher school. Here, informal programs of literacy, self-study, self-reliance, culture, patriotism, and social bravery are run.
While addressing the students, the school's principal Vijay Badoni said that such children who are deprived of education due to family constraints or due to lack of facilities near schools, the work of making them literate is done in Sanskar Kendras. Here the students are developed through activities like songs, stories, games, acting etc. On this occasion, the teachers of the school, Virendra Kishore Gaud, Dinesh Chandra Saklani, Vishan Singh Negi, Ashish Chauhan, Divi Shankar Naithani and Vinod Kathait etc. were present.
