Meanwhile, now a very important statement of deceased Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal has come out, which has completely overturned the initial theory of the police. Vishal Aggarwal has completely rejected those media reports and police speculations, which were saying that because of Ketan’s looks and his ‘hair wig’, his fiancee Sia Goyal was not happy with this marriage and due to this hatred, she got Ketan killed.
‘Sia’s family knew the truth even before the engagement’ – father’s claim
Vishal Agarwal, father of 25-year-old young businessman Ketan Agarwal, who was killed on June 18 in Lohagarh Fort, is very emotional and angry. He said in clear words that the things being spread about his son’s looks are completely false, misleading and diverting attention from the main issue. Vishal Aggarwal told that Ketan had a medical problem (Alopecia or hair loss disease), due to which the hair on a part of his head had fallen. For this reason he used hair wig patches.
Ketan’s father revealed that complete information about this medical condition was given to fiancee Siya Goyal and her entire family long before the engagement was confirmed. He said, “We had not hidden anything. If Sia or her family had any problem with Ketan’s look or wig, they could have refused the marriage relationship right away. So now it is completely wrong to attribute the murder to the wig.”
It was not an accident but a well-planned conspiracy; the fiancee and her lover together scripted the death.
After this statement of Vishal Aggarwal, now the police needle is completely pointed towards a well-planned and cold-blooded murder conspiracy (Premeditated Murder). The main role of Ketan’s fiancee Sia Goyal and her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary has come to light in this murder case. Initially, when Ketan’s body was found in the ditch, it was believed to be an accident due to slipping of his feet. But as soon as the police analyzed the technical surveillance and forensic evidence, the case turned into a horrifying murder conspiracy.
The first time the bushes saved his life, the second time he pushed him into the ditch and took his life.
The timeline and evidence that has emerged in the police investigation is shocking. According to the investigation, as part of a conspiracy, fiancee Siya Goyal was repeatedly taking Ketan to the deserted areas of the historical Lohagarh Fort located near Pune. Just four days before the incident, i.e. on 14th June, Sia had taken Ketan to a high point of the fort. There he tried to push Ketan down from the cliff of the hill, but luckily Ketan caught hold of a strong bush growing there while falling and his life was saved.
Not learning a lesson from this failed attempt, Sia Goyal again took Ketan to the suicide point area of the same Lohagarh Fort on June 18. This time, as a backup, her lover Chetan Chaudhary also secretly followed her to the fort. Police allege that as soon as Ketan got distracted, Siya and Chetan together pushed him into a deep ditch. Ketan died on the spot due to falling from such a height.
Didn’t break engagement due to fear of defamation, call details revealed secrets
To solve this high-profile murder case, the police have got the mobile CDRs (Call Detail Records) of both the accused, which are testifying to their crime. According to records, even after the engagement, there were thousands of phone conversations between Sia and Chetan Choudhary, many of which were several hours long.
During strict interrogation, the accused Chetan has confessed to the police that Siya did not want to marry Ketan, but she herself was not able to break the engagement because she was afraid of defamation in the society and family. To avoid this infamy, he took the terrible decision of removing Ketan from his path. At present, the police have arrested the main accused fiancee Siya Goyal and her lover Chetan Chaudhary and sent them to jail. A case has been registered against both of them under murder (IPC 302) and criminal conspiracy (IPC 120B) and further legal action is being taken.
