  • Gram flour,
  • Oil,
  • freshly ground black pepper,

  • Asafoetida,
  • salt to taste,
  • Water as needed.

How to make Bhavnagar knots

step 1
Add water, oil, asafoetida, baking soda in a bowl and mix everything well.

Now add gram flour, salt, black pepper, celery, asafoetida etc. in a bowl.

step 3 –
Now add oil water to it, mix it and knead the dough and cover it and let it set for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Now heat oil in a pan and put jhar on it and make balls.

Step 5:
Fry the lumps till they turn brown and then take them out using a sieve. Delicious Bhavnagri Ngumatia is ready, serve it hot with fried chillies.
