A stampede-like situation arose during the recruitment of 'Airport Loader' by Air India at Mumbai Airport. More than 25,000 applicants arrived for 600 posts and Air India employees had to struggle a lot to handle the huge crowd. Some pictures have also surfaced in this regard in which applicants were pushing each other to reach the form counter.

In this regard, some videos are also going viral on social media, in which it can be clearly seen how desperate people were to get a job. The situation was so bad that many people had to wait for hours without eating or drinking anything. Due to which the health of many people also deteriorated. Let us tell you that the work of the airport is to load and unload luggage in the aircraft and also run baggage belts and ramp tractors. Each plane requires at least five loaders to handle luggage, cargo and food items.

An airport loader's salary ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month, but most earn over Rs 30,000 after overtime allowances. The educational criteria for the job are basic, but the candidate must be physically strong.

Let us tell you that a similar case was seen in Gujarat a few days ago. About 800 people arrived for a walk-in-interview for 40 posts in Ankleshwar in Bharuch district of Gujarat. Videos of long queues and jostling of applicants trying to climb the ramp leading to the hotel entrance went viral on social media. Meanwhile, the railing of the ramp also broke. Due to which many people fell, although fortunately no one was injured.
