Gurugram, June 7 (HS). CM Flying Gupta conducts raids from time to time and exposes illegal activities on the basis of information or solid evidence. This time CM Flying conducted an on-road raid and seized banned e-cigarettes from a car. These e-cigarettes were supplied from Delhi to Gurugram.
Selling banned foreign e-cigarettes illegally is prohibited in Gurugram district. Still many people do this illegal work secretly. Similarly, CM Flying caught a person coming from Delhi to Gurugram on Saturday night to supply e-cigarettes in the car itself. He was caught and searched near Ambience Mall in DLF Phase-3 police station area. During this, banned e-cigarettes were recovered from him.
He had brought them from Delhi to supply in Gurugram. According to CM Flying, cartons of banned e-cigarettes were kept on the back seat of the car with Delhi registration number. The accused told his name as Vipin, resident of Delhi. He told that the goods belong to Akshay and Aman, residents of Delhi. On counting, 615 banned e-cigarettes were found in the car. After arresting the accused Vipin, a case was also registered against Aman and Akshay. Police is investigating this matter.
