Jhajjar, July 4 (HS). The NHM Employees Organization has said that they will surround CM Naib Saini in Karnal on July 7 to demand their demands and if their demands are not met, they will stop work. They said this while talking to journalists in Bahadurgarh on Thursday.
NHM Employees Union Haryana State President Vishal Dhankar said that a strategy has been prepared for the siege of Chief Minister's residence Karnal on July 7. Every employee of Haryana will participate in the siege. State General Secretary Hariraj Thakur said that 16000 employees from across the state will raise their voice in Karnal regarding their demands. If the government still does not listen, then a complete agitation will be announced. The employees demand that NHM employees should also be included in the regularization policy, and the benefits of the seventh pay commission should be given. President Vishal and General Secretary Hariraj said that the employees working under NHM have not received their salary for two months.
He says that on 2 November 2021, the Chief Minister had also given in-principle approval to give the benefit of 7th Pay Commission for NHM, but till now they have not been given the benefit of 7th Pay Commission. The grade pay of Nursing Officer has been increased from 4200 to 4600 and that of ANM from 2400 to 4200 by the Finance Department, but in NHM, Nursing Officer and ANM are still being paid as per the old grade pay. He said that there are employees of State Health Society under NHM, so it is the responsibility of the state government to regularize us or protect our interests. On this occasion, District Spokesperson Sandeep Kumar Jangra, Umed Singh Rewari, Vijay Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Monu, Neetu Rani, Satish Kumar, Poonam, Ritu Rani and other NHM workers were present.
