Patiala: During PM Modi's Lok Sabha rally in Kartarpur Sahib, senior BJP leaders are claiming that in the next few days, occupied Kashmir is going to become a part of India. BJP has been continuously saying that due to the wrong policies of Congress, occupied Kashmir is not a part of India today. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has mentioned the India-Pakistan war of 1971.
Addressing a public meeting in Patiala, PM Modi said that if Modi (I had been the Prime Minister) at that time, then Kartarpur Sahib would have been a part of us (India).
If I were the Prime Minister in 1971…
In fact, PM Modi targeted Congress and said, I tell the Congressmen that when the Bangladesh war took place, more than 90 thousand Pakistani soldiers surrendered, more than 90 thousand Pakistani soldiers were under our control. We had a deck of spades in our hands.
“If Modi was here at that time, I would have taken Kartarpur Sahib from him and then released the soldiers. He could not do that, but I have done as much service as I could. Today, the Kartarpur Sahib corridor is in front of you.”
The opposition has neither any leader nor any intention
In the election rally, PM Modi targeted the opposition alliance Bharat and said, 'On one side there is NDA government which has strong leadership and on the other side there is Bharat alliance which has neither any vision nor any leader.'
He said that on one side there are hardcore corrupt people in Punjab and on the other side there are Sikhs guilty of 1984 riots. Here they are pretending to fight each other but in Delhi they are standing on each other's shoulders.
