Two IPS transferred, Chandan Jha becomes SP of Special Branch

Ranchi, 25 April (HS). After the consent of the Election Commission, the state government has transferred two IPS.

Chandan Jha, posted as JAPTC Padma SP, has been made SP of Special Branch, while Ajit Peter Dungdung, awaiting posting, has been made JAP-1 Commandant. In this regard, the Home, Jail and Disaster Department has issued a notification late on Thursday evening.
