Hamirpur, 17 April (HS). A young youth from a village in Hamirpur district has made his name famous by securing 816th rank in the UPSC exam. Pawan Pal, a resident of Gahrauli village of Muskra police station area of Hamirpur district, has been on top in studies and writing since the beginning. His father used to do farming. Pawan is the youngest among four brothers. Elder brother Ram Singh lives in the village, while Rajesh Singh does business in Gujarat. A brother does farming in the village. Elder brother Ram Singh, Kshetra Panchayat member Muskra, is also a senior official of a political party. Pawan Pal studied till tenth class from Govind Inter College of the village while he studied till twelfth class from Kanpur. He was a science student who had brought glory to the village by securing 98 percent marks. He graduated from JNU in Delhi. Soshilanji obtained a master's degree from Bundelkhand University. Pawan had prepared for UPSC exam in Delhi. Last year it had also given the exam. After the results of UPSC exam, there is an atmosphere of happiness in Pawan's family and village. Pawan is only 26 years old. Jaa is still unmarried.
