According to the information, Dhani Manjhi is a resident of Chaparkho village of Nemiaghat police station area. He was absconding for the last several years. A case of treason is registered against him in Nimiaghat police station. After the case was registered, Dhani Manjhi had absconded. Meanwhile, when SDPO Sumit Prasad got secret information, Nemiaghat police station under the leadership of SDPO made a strategy and caught him. However, no weapon was recovered from Dhani Manjhi. But Dhani Manjhi was an active Maoist and was linked to the killing of many hardcore top Maoists of Dumri along with Peerand.
