But, recently an incident happened which surprised everyone present there including Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud. A mere 19-year-old NEET aspirant, without any lawyer, represented himself and presented his case in front of the court so strongly that everyone started praising him.
What was the whole matter?
This case medical entrance exam NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Is connected to. The student, who hails from Uttar Pradesh, had filed the petition regarding any discrepancy in the examination process or results. Usually, people take the help of expensive lawyers for such petitions, but due to his financial condition or self-confidence, this student decided to stand in the court room and argue on his own.
CJI Chandrachud praised
When the case came up for hearing, the student started presenting his arguments without any fear. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud was impressed by his legal understanding and clarity. According to sources present in the courtroom, the CJI not only listened to him attentively but also appreciated his confidence.
“The court also asked the student some difficult questions, which he answered without hesitation and with full preparation.”

During the hearing, the student presented his views citing the guidelines of NEET exam and articles of the Constitution. He explained how a small change or mistake impacts the future of millions of students. Although the final decision of the court will come under the legal process, but this young student proved that if you have knowledge and courage, the door of justice is open to everyone.

As soon as the news of this incident in the Supreme Court came out, people on social media started calling this student “the best lawyer of the future”. Education experts say that this incident shows how aware today’s young generation is about their rights.
