Tata Motors is preparing to introduce its premium flagship SUV, Safari’s facelifted version in the Indian market in early 2025. The current safari is highly appreciated for its brilliant features, brilliant design and safe body structure, and now the company is planning to launch it in the market with more improvements.
What are the expectations?
It is likely that 2025 Tata Safari gets many important updates in external and internal design:
External Design:
Grill and front face: The new front grille, perhaps inspired by Tata’s Curvv or Harrier/Nexon facelift, will give it a more aggressive and premium look.
Headlamps and DRLS: Redeed LED headlamp clusters and LED day-time running lights (DRLs), which may be more sleek now.
Rear Styling: New tail-lamps, including the connecting LED light bar feature, reflects the current trend.
Bumper: Updated front and rear bumper.
Wheels: New alloy wheel design.
Interior and features:
Infotainment System: Probably a large touchscreen infotainment system (eg 12.3-inch), which is more response.
Digital Instrument Cluster: Digital instrument cluster with large and better graphics.
Adas: Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) expansion of features, which may include advanced functions such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot detection.
Ventilated seats: ventilated seats for front seats and possibly powered co-driver seat.
Other: New seats, better quality interior materials, wireless charging, voice command, connected car tech, sunroof (panoramic) and better ambient lighting.
Paurtrain:
Some tune-ups or improvements of the current 2.0-liter diesel engine can be expected, which will comply with the BS6 Phase-2 criteria.
Also, there are possibilities of introducing the petrol engine (1.5-liter turbo-petrol) and electric (EV) variants in the future, which can lead it further in competition.
Launch time:
The 2025 facelift model of Tata Safari may be launched in early 2025, possibly around the festive season or in the beginning of the new year.
