Now the officer has imposed a fine of 10 lakh on him. This incident has also revealed how people in India play games.

ARTO fined Rs 10 lakh

The whole matter is of Auraiya’s National Highway, where ARTO Sudesh Tiwari was going from some government work, when he looked at a tractor, which had a trolley. But his creation was a bit strange. In such a situation, ARTO stopped the tractor and asked for his papers. Investigation revealed that the tractor is registered in Rajasthan. The registration of the tractor was done for agricultural work, but there was no registration of the trolley. When he went behind the sector, the officers were also stunned. Because, the train wheels were installed in the trolley. This trolley was very heavy. In such a situation, ARTO has imposed a fine of 10 lakh 6000 on this vehicle.

On further investigation, it was found that this trolley used to work for a railway officer and for this the owner of the vehicle used to get Rs 85000 per month and this trolley was being operated in a similar way for the last 5 years and its weight was so much. The information was received equal to a 12 wheel truck.

This trolley was specially designed

In this whole case, ARTO Suresh Tiwari said, I was going by NH-19 i.e. Bundelkhand Express last week. Meanwhile, my eyes fell on a tractor-trolley which was very large in size, which I was in doubt, I stopped it and examined the papers, then it came to know that the registration of this tractor is from Nagaur, Rajasthan and not of a trolley. Registered. When I looked around, I found that the trolley had two large size tires and two train wheels, this trolley was specially designed to walk on the railway track.

Such vehicles are extremely dangerous for road safety

The most surprising thing is that the registration of this tractor is from Rajasthan and it is tax free for agricultural work and it has been roaming in Uttar Pradesh for the last 5 years. These types of tractor-trolleys are not constructed by any government recognized agency or manufacturer, they are self-manufactured for indigenous industry and such vehicles are very dangerous for road safety.
