He is asking sharp questions about his cut salary right outside the management cabin. The fatigue of the whole month and the deep pain and helplessness of having his rightful money snatched away are clearly visible on the boy’s face, which can make anyone emotional.

The victim employee alleges that when he joined the company, the HR department had assured him that he would be given an in-hand salary of ₹ 13,000 every month. After this trust, he completed all the office work honestly without any leave for the whole month. But at the end of the month, when the salary was transferred, he was shocked.
Not even half of the total amount, but only ₹ 3,800 was transferred to his account. Seeing such a small amount, the boy without any fear went straight to the company’s top officials and HR’s cabin and started demanding from them to release his entire remaining salary.
Shameful attitude of female HR: Instead of answering, threatened to throw the employee out of the office
The most surprising and disturbing thing in the video is the stubborn attitude of the senior management of the company and the female HR sitting on the chair there. When the boy was calmly asking for the valid reason for his deducted salary and the salary slip, the female HR sitting there was trying to avoid him by pretending to be busy on the phone instead of giving a direct answer to his question.
In the video, the boy is heard saying repeatedly, ‘Madam, why has my full salary not come? What work have I not done?’ But he is not told any rules or calculations up front, rather other male employees of the company start shouting at him, talk about teaching him manners and ask him to leave the office premises immediately.

Angered by the salary cut and facing financial crisis, the employee did not give up in front of this dictatorial attitude of the corporate. He broke the silence of the office and gave a class on the entire management. He said in a loud voice in front of all the employees present there that he had worked hard for the whole month and no company can steal his hard-earned money like this.
The boy tearfully said, “How will I survive in a city like Delhi with such a low salary? How will I pay the rent to the landlord?” He was repeatedly demanding a written account from the company people as to on what basis more than ₹ 9,000 had been deducted from his salary.

People are fiercely reposting this video, calling it the biggest example of ‘corporate labor and exploitation’ and demanding immediate strict legal action and filing of FIR against this company from Delhi Police and Ministry of Labour.
Thousands of users commented and wrote that this is direct mental and financial harassment of small and innocent employees.
