Ranchi, 18 November (HS). The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team on Monday took on remand four accused, including two Bangladeshi nationals, arrested from Birsa Munda Central Jail. The ED team will interrogate all four in the Bangladeshi infiltration case for five days.
The accused include two Bangladeshis, Ronnie Mandal and Sameer Chaudhary, arrested from Kolkata, along with Indian citizens Pintu Haldhar and Pinky Basu Mukherjee. ED is interrogating all four on other issues including getting Aadhaar cards and passports made for infiltrators by illegally crossing the Bangladesh border for prostitution and anti-India activities.
