The Indian stock market opened in the green zone today i.e. Thursday 24 October. Yesterday the market closed down 138 points. Indian stock markets opened in the green with slight gains. Sensex opened 16.32 points higher at 80,098.30, while Nifty, on the other hand, opened 67.30 points higher at 24,412.70. Shares of 22 out of 30 Sensex companies started trading in the green zone, while shares of 8 companies opened in the red zone. Out of 50 Nifty companies, shares of 27 companies opened on the green mark and shares of 18 companies opened on the red mark. Whereas shares of 5 Nifty companies opened without any change.

According to the information, on Wednesday the stock market opened with a decline and closed with a decline. Today, on the fourth day of the week, shares of Bajaj Finserv opened with the highest gain of 0.93 percent among the Sensex companies. Shares of JSW rose 0.80 per cent, HDFC Bank 0.77 per cent, Adani Ports 0.63 per cent, Tata Steel 0.57 per cent, ICICI Bank 0.54 per cent, Sun Pharma 0.54 per cent to 0.50 per cent.
