Ravan Dahan in Delhi: The festival of Dussehra is being celebrated across the country today. President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi cremated Ravana by shooting him with an arrow.
The effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakarna and Meghnath have been cremated in Madhav Park i.e. Ramlila Maidan located near the Red Fort in Delhi.

President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Shri Dharmic Ramlila Committee located at Madhav Das Park and in the evening, on the Ramlila stage, President Draupadi Murmu and PM Modi applied tilak on the heads of the artists playing the roles of Lord Ram and Laxman.
