1. Physical verification of ‘safe zones’ and procession routes

3. Ban on DJ and inflammatory songs
No Provocative Songs: There will be a complete ban on singing any kind of inflammatory songs or slogans during festivals.
Noise Pollution: It has been asked to ensure strict adherence to the guidelines of the Supreme Court and Jharkhand High Court regarding the use of DJ. The height of the flags should also be as per the prescribed standards.
4. Smooth supply of infrastructure
The Chief Minister has also asked the Municipal Corporation and the Electricity Department to remain alert during festivals:
Electricity and Water: Arrangements for uninterrupted power supply and drinking water should be ensured during the procession.
Cleanliness: Instructions have been given to run special cleaning campaigns around places of worship and places of worship.
