Moradabad, 4 August (HS). District level color belt promotion examination was organized on Sunday under the aegis of District Taekwondo Sports Association at Sai Taekwondo Academy run in RSD Sports Academy located at Ramganga Vihar, in which 35 players of Taekwondo Club appeared in the examination. This examination was conducted for yellow belt, green belt, blue belt and red belt, in which Erin, Siddhi, Pragya, Devansh, Shahzaib Khan, Parth, Aadya Gupta, Medhansh, Garvit, Poshiya, Siddharth, Drishya, Shreyansh passed the yellow belt examination.
Green belt exam was passed by Kavisha Kharbanda, Addushi, Misty, Aarna Gupta, Green one belt exam was passed by Krishna Kumar, Ayush Suryansh, Vibank Sharma, Blue belt exam was passed by Nilay Choudhary, Viraj Kapoor, Aadya Verma, Red belt exam was passed by Ashish, Lakshya Singh, Akshat Suryansh, Priyank Chakraborty and Red-one belt exam was passed by Vasu Bhatia.
District Taekwondo Sports Association secretary Shahvez Ali said that after working hard for several months, the player has to undergo a colour belt test and after getting eight colour belts, the player has to give a black belt exam, only then a player becomes a black belt. In this exam, Poomse, self-defence, kicks, punches and physical fitness tests of all the players are taken. The exam was inspected by national judge Shobhit Bhardwaj.
On this occasion, RSD Group Director Dr. Vinod Kumar, Director Dr. G Kumar, Dr. Gaurav Kumar, Finance Director Ajay Sharma, Dr. Garima Sharma and Dr. Mayank Sharma wished all the players good luck. Sumit Sharma, Keshav Thapa, Sandeep Kumar, Rohit Kumar etc. were present during the examination.
