We all know the first challenge drug addictionIt destroys any human being physically, But the second challenge he mentioned is related to all of us, and that is Digital addiction means addiction to smartphone.
“Become the master of technology, not its slave”
Yogi ji said a lot of important things. He said that using technology is a good thing, we should be smart. But the problem comes when we become slaves of technology.
Just think, are we using the mobile for our needs, or is the mobile using us? Watching reels for hours, playing games and wasting time on social media, CM says that this ‘digital intoxication’ is making our youth mentally weak.
Where is the youth energy going?
CM Yogi explained that if we have to make a ‘developed India’, it is very important for our youth to be physically and mentally strong. If the youth gets drunk or sits with their heads bent over the phone all day long, then how will the country move forward?
His message was clear: sweat in the playground, read good books and use technology only to enhance your knowledge and not to waste your precious time.
