The intermittent rain and hailstorm that has been occurring in various parts of the state for the last few days is not going to stop yet. According to the Meteorological Centre, Ranchi, within the next 24 hours there may once again be a major upheaval in the weather of the state. The department has issued ‘Yellow Alert’ regarding strong storm, rain with thunder and lightning in some areas.
Effect of celestial disaster will be visible in these districts
According to meteorologists, due to the impact of an active western disturbance and cyclonic circulation, the weather pattern will deteriorate the most in north-eastern and central parts of Jharkhand. especially Ranchi, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Gumla and Khunti In such districts, winds can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour. There is also a strong possibility of hailstorm at some places, due to which farmers fear damage to their crops.
Relief from heat or will the mercury rise? Know the temperature condition
Due to the rain during the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature of the state has dropped by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius, due to which people are currently getting relief from the scorching heat. However, the Meteorological Department says that this relief will not last long. As soon as the sky clears after the next 24 to 48 hours, the temperature will start increasing rapidly and the mercury may cross 40 degrees.
Loss of life and property due to lightning, administration advised
Unpleasant incidents due to storm and lightning have also occurred in Jharkhand in the last few days. In view of this, the district administration and meteorological department have advised people to take special precautions. During bad weather:
Do not take shelter under tall trees or electric poles.
In case of lightning, stay inside safe pucca houses.
Farmers should remove their cattle from open fields and take them to a safe place.
Avoid using electronic devices and unplug them.
