For the last 2 days, there are strong protests against Trump in various cities of America. People have come out on the streets with banners, posters and slogans against Trump’s immigration, healthcare and other policies.
Good trustee movement in 50 states
The Good Tribal Lives on Movement has made its presence felt in all 50 states of America. In New York, the protesters blocked a crossroads near the immigration and customs enforcement ICE building. The protesters gathered outside an immigration court and took banners against the Trump administration under the ‘Good Tribal Lives on’ National Protest Day.

The protesters blocked the intersection outside the ICE building at Federal Plaza, Manhattan, New York. Anti -Trump and anti -ICE protesters staged a protest by blocking the road.
Exhibition at 1600 places
Protests took place at about 1,600 places including Atlanta Georgia, St. Luis Missouri, Okland California and Anapolis Maryland. These demonstrations were against the reduction in healthcare, immigration policies and other decisions of the Trump administration. The purpose of this movement is also paying tribute to the late Congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis.

What is Good Truble Movement?
The ‘Good Truble’ movement is named from the famous statement given before John Lewis’s death in 2020. He had said, “Get in good trouble, get into necessary trouble, and save the soul of America.” John Lewis, Dr. Martin Luther was the last living member of the ‘Big Six group’ of King Jr. led by Civil Rights Activists. This movement forwards Lewis’s non -violent struggle and the legacy of the fight for justice.

Lisa Gilbert, co-chairman of the Public Citizen Organization, said, “We are going through the most frightening phase of our country’s history. We are facing growing dictatorship and anarchy in all administration.” The purpose of this national movement is to oppose the policies and functions of the Trump administration that many citizens believe in violation of human rights and democratic values.
