News India Live, Digital Desk: Indian Railways has revised the timings of many important trains passing through Bihar and originating from here. The main objective of this reshuffle is to streamline the operation of trains. Trains on Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga routes have been affected the most.

Change in timings of Amrit Bharat Express (Amrit Bharat Express)

Timings of three major routes of Amrit Bharat Express, known for its low prices and modern facilities, have been changed:

Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Amrit Bharat (15557): This train now stops at Anand Vihar Terminal as compared to its old times. 5 minute delay from i.e. noon at 12:50 Will reach (earlier time was 12:45).

Madar-Darbhanga Amrit Bharat (19623): There has also been a partial amendment in the time of its arrival, now it will be at night. at 12:55 Will reach Darbhanga.

Malda Town-Bengaluru Amrit Bharat: There has also been a difference of a few minutes in the departure time of different stations.

Timings of these major trains were also amended

According to the list released by the Railways, the timing of 22 trains has been changed by 5 to 15 minutes. Some of the main trains are given below:

Why was the time changed?

According to railway officials, this change has been made so that the problems related to crossing of trains and platform availability can be reduced. Also, this “time table refinement” was necessary to maintain the average speed of trains after the fog season.
