India was one of the first non-Arab countries that considered Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in 1974 as the only representative of Palestinian people and in 1988 recognized Palestine as a country. It has been an important part of India’s foreign policy for a long time.

However, in the last few years, India and Israel’s relations have also become very strong, especially about this change in the field of defense and technology, critics believe that the central government is forgetting its old friendship and making new strategic partners, which is against India’s policy of non -alignment.
