Take out the sweater! Weather is going to change again in UP, it may rain in these districts after Chhath

Lucknow: With the onset of pink cold in Uttar Pradesh, another change in the weather patterns is being heard. For those who have still kept warm clothes inside thinking that the rainy season is over, the Meteorological Department has issued a new update. Due to a new system forming in the Bay of Bengal, there is a possibility of rain in UP once again.

When and where will the clouds rain?

According to the Meteorological Department, a cyclonic system has been active in the Bay of Bengal since October 24. Its effect may not be visible immediately, but may start appearing on the weather of Uttar Pradesh from around October 29.
Especially in the eastern and southern districts including Varanasi, there is a possibility of rain right after the festival of Chhath. So it is possible that after Chhath, you may see dark clouds at some places and may have to face light drizzle.

So will the weather be bad during Chhath Puja?

It is a matter of relief for the people preparing for Chhath festival. The Meteorological Department says that there will be no major change in the weather during the festival. Today i.e. from October 24 for the next 3-4 days, all 75 districts of UP are in the ‘Green Zone’, that is, the weather will be normal.
Light haze was seen in many big cities like Varanasi, Lucknow, Agra, Kanpur and Noida this morning, but the weather cleared as the day progressed. The weather pattern will remain almost the same on 25th, 26th and 27th October.

Real change will be felt in the nights

Rain will come after a few days, but the effect of cold will start increasing now. According to the Meteorological Department, the speed of easterly winds will reduce from October 24, due to which the night temperature may drop by 3 to 4 degrees in the next 4 days. This means that the nights are going to get even colder, so it’s time to take out the warm clothes.

On Friday, the weather will remain normal and dry in most of the districts of the state including Agra, Ayodhya, Saharanpur, Kanpur, Varanasi, Meerut, Prayagraj and Lucknow, due to which people will feel pleasant weather.
