Chandigarh, August 20 (HS). The Bharatiya Janata Party has prepared a strong strategy to bring back the Dalits who had left during the Lok Sabha elections to the party. The responsibility of bringing back the Dalits to the party has been given to Union Minister and former Chief Minister Manohar Lal. Along with him, Union Minister Arjun Meghwal will also work to bring back the Dalits and the oppressed to the BJP in Haryana.

Union Energy, Housing and Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal will attend the state level Dalit Samman Swabhiman ceremony to be held in Pipli of Kurukshetra as the chief guest, while Union Law Minister Arjun Meghwal and BJP National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Dushyant Gautam will be the special guests.

BJP has prepared a strategy to unite Dalits through the Dalit Sammelan to be held on August 26 at Guru Ravidas Memorial Sthal in Pipli. BJP leader and Manohar Lal's Chief Media Coordinator Sudesh Kataria is busy in implementing this strategy. Kataria is personally handling the preparations for the conference. Along with this, to make the conference a success, Kataria is conducting public relations campaigns and holding meetings with representatives of Dalit organizations and assemblies. Haryana's Public Health Minister Dr. Banwari Lal, Rajya Sabha MP Krishnalal Panwar, MLA Satyaprakash Jarawata and former MP Ashok Tanwar are also with him in this work.

Sudesh Kataria issued a statement on Tuesday saying that the Dalit conference to be held on August 26 is a great sacrifice of new revolution and new hope in the oppressed Dalit society. In the conference, Dalits will take a pledge to complete the incomplete mission of Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar with unity. Public relations campaign is going on in every district of the state, so far Dalits have been invited to the conference in Fatehabad, Kaithal, Jind, Rohtak and Jhajjar including Ambala and Yamunanagar. Kataria said that former Chief Minister and Union Energy, Housing and Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal has worked to give respect to Dalits with the spirit of Antyodaya upliftment during his 9 and a half years as Chief Minister. He has set an example by celebrating the birth anniversary of Dalit great men and saints on a government event and Dalit great men and saints have got respect, whereas Congress has always used Dalits as a vote bank. Dalits had to endure bullying and atrocities during the 10-year rule of Congress. Dalits have not yet forgotten the Gohana and Mirchpur incidents. In the Dalit conference, the oppressed class will roar to answer the Congress with the blow of votes.
